The Isothermal Pool Cover installation system is comprised of: • Reducing watertight motors IP-54 with automatic breaks. A push-button operated instrument panel. A remote control can also be used and is easily operated by one person. All the electrical components are designed and assembled for use at 24Vcc according to the standards. • The isothermal material consists of three layers for better handling, greater durability and more effective thermal isolation, 0.038W/mk according to the standard ASTM C0177. Lower Layer: Polythene film with pyramidal printing which protects the foam from absorbing water, <0.8% of the volume according to the standard DIN53428, from the chemical agents in the water, easing its movement. Said film is impervious to vapour <10 ng/pa.s per m2 according to the standard 1501663 so increasing the isothermal capacity of the whole. Middle Layer: Polyester foam with sealed cells which impede not only the absorption of water but also thermal transfer and is available in a density of 5-7 mm or 10-12 mm, advisable for thermal changes of +30°. Top Layer: Polyester fabric 1100dtex covered on both sides with high quality polythene, which ages well in UV rays according to standard DIN53387. With a stability <0.5% according to the standard DIN553377, resistance to tearing both of the weft and warp of 500N according to the standard DIN53363 and a resistance to breaking both of the weft and warp of 2000N/50mm according to the standard DIN53354. Both in its dimensional stability and its resistance to tearing, it is superior to the existing fabrics on the market.
